Information you submit through our pilot form (name, company, trade, email, and anything you include in your message), and the documents you choose to share with us for a pilot — bid folders and closed-job records.
To respond to you, run your pilot, and calibrate Kaska on your own history. Your company's data calibrates your bids only. It is isolated per company and never pooled into other customers' models or shared with third parties.
We keep pilot materials only as long as needed to run your pilot and any engagement that follows. Email hello@kaska.ai at any time and we will delete your data and confirm in writing.
The site is hosted on Vercel; pilot-form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
